A customer is entitled to cancel the order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot, for which order is placed. Cancellation can be done by calling our customer care centre and request for the cancellation. A refund of the product amount that you have already made for the orders placed will be done as per the prevailing Refund Policy.

On receiving the cancellation notice, we shall ensure to cancel or modify the order. And a refund of the amount of the order will be processed by us. Please note that the cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the product list is already released for dispatched, or if the items have already been shipped out from our delivery location.
Suspect of any fraudulent transaction In case we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any of our customers or in case any transaction that goes against the terms and conditions of using the website, we have the sole right to cancel such orders.
We will maintain a record of all the fraudulent transactions. And customers will be blocked and deny access to them or cancel any further orders placed by them.
