We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy." The customers can return the product at the time of delivery if you are not happy with the quality, freshness, or condition of the item.
Our delivery staff will take the returned product back with us and if payment is already done for the product, a refund would be made to you through the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase - credit card, debit card, net banking. You may also request for the payment to be reversed back to your store credit account which can be used for your subsequent purchases.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by our customer or if any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Website or the online store app, we at our sole discretion could cancel orders. We would also maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers. We may also cancel any orders placed by them.
However, if the product is returned due to a change in mind and your order value goes below our minimum order requirement, you will incur an additional delivery fee.
